When packing lunch boxes in a hurry it helps to have a list you can look at and quickly make choices from.  This also helps during those last minute shopping trips…….what to buy?  I’m a bit of a list freak, a symptom of having six children and lots to do.  I’m guessing you’re busy too, so I am going to start a list of lunch box fillers.  Once you have your main source of protein, carbohydrates, fruit and dairy you need an extra snack in case they get extra hungry during their day.  Each week when I post a lunch box filler I will add it to my list filed in the Finger Foods Section.  If you have any ideas you would like to contribute just let me know.  I’m aiming to keep this list healthy and Diabetic Friendly.
