Strawberry Muffins


INGREDIENTS:

3 cups S.R. flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup sugar

2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries

4 eggs, beaten

1 cup cooking oil

METHOD:

Mix it all up – by hand.

Add the berries last.

Bake at 180C in muffin papers  until top is golden and a skewer comes out clean.
