Ingredients:
125g Butter, melted
2 Tbl Maple Syrup (optional, but highly recommended)
2 Tbl Milk
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Plain Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Castor Sugar (or brown, but I just used regular)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 170C.
Combine the melted butter, sugar, maple syrup, milk and eggs into a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the bananas and give it a good stir.
Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir to combine.
Pour into a lined loaf tin and place in the oven for 1 – 1 1/4 hours.
Cool on a rack before serving.
