Occasionally, when I am trying to change things up a bit in our lunch boxes, I will replace crackers with Pretzels.  The kids love them.  Sometimes I give them a side serve of Lite Cream Cheese to dip their pretzels in, and sometimes I make what I call a Pretzel Mix.  Pretzel Mix is just a handful of pretzels mixed in with some dried fruit or nuts, popcorn,  and maybe some dry cereal.  It’s something different, the kids think it’s special, and it costs me a fraction of the cost of something like pre-packaged Trail Mix.
