Apple Muffins


1 3/4 Cups Self-Raising Flour

1/3 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Milk

2 Eggs

50g Butter

200g tinned Pie Apples


Mix milk, eggs and butter together in a small mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar and apples.

Add milk, egg and butter mixture to flour mixture and stir to combine.

Pour mixture into greased or lined muffin tins.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of each muffin.

Bake at 200C for about 20 minutes.
