Apple and Banana Oat Slice

Apple and Banana Oat SliceIngredients:

4 Over-ripe Bananas, mashed

2 Cups Quick Oats

1/4 Cup LSA Mix

1/2 Cup Sultanas (I think next time I will add cranberries)

1/2 Cup finely chopped apple, peeled

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 180C.

Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl, then add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

I don’t know if  it’s because I  used big bananas, but my mixture  was quite runny, but it baked ok and turned out beautifully, and very moist.

Line a slice tin with baking paper and pour your mixture into the tin.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until slightly golden on top, then allow to cool before slicing.  I put mine in the fridge.
